This store fixed my blue screen laptop issue due to hardware failure! And he was very patient with me and super friendly! If I can give him a 10 stars I would have done it! I highly recommend him! (This review is after 1 month of using my laptop that he repaired for me).
Lionel took a look at my computer, which had been acting up. He ran several diagnostic programs and was very thorough, trying to figure out what the issues was. He couldn't find anything amiss but suspect the problem might come up again. He thinks it might be a memory issue. He didn't charge to look at it and told me to just keep an eye on it. I will definitely go back to him if it acts up again. He is very nice, knowledgeable, and professional.
Mr. Pickens fixed my problem immediately for no charge. I highly recommend Mr. Pickens for any computer problems you may have. I will be using him in the future for any computer needs I may have.
