There was a slight mix up with our appointment and we were only minutes away when we received a call from the office attempting to cancel or reschedule our appointment. To our delight, Mark Cline, the Director of the company graciously helped us. He was kind and helped both my husband and I answer our questions. To make up for the confusion, he waived the fee. It was truly a God send because I resigned from my job so we could move here to be with family last November from California. And we are living on my husband's retirement. I learned of Partners Tax & Accounting from my father who has been filing there for years. When I asked him where I should go to file my taxes and get the most out of my money and time; he insisted that I check out Partners and I have been going ever since. I used to file at the Center point location but they recently moved to 5th Avenue South in Birmingham. Which, is way more convenient for me and my family because it has less traffic and has its own parking lot on the side of the building.
