Ramsey is wonderful. I was referred to him for a chronic pain. I did not want surgery. With his expertise and my chiropractor's help and yoga, the pain went away without surgery. Took a few months, but well worth it. I also never leave feeling like I've been worked over like with some massages. The myofascial release has been gentle but very effective. I still go to Ramsey, but now more for relaxation and occasionally for discomfort , like after a long trip.
