Having a plumber visit your daughter's condo an hour and a half away from home can be a daunting task, but not with Jonathan and Mr. Drippy! We met Jonathan while he was working on a neighbor's place. Super friendly, polite and eager to help us. He called his dispatch to set up an appointment to review our problems and the entire process from start to finish couldn't have been better. Their communication as a team (he and Laura) was superb, their choice of remedies was excellent, their pricing was fair and we are beyond pleased. All future concerns will go through Mr. Drippy!!
Most efficient and pleasant plumbing experience . Technician Jonathan was so generous in explaining the project , how he was going to execute and keeping us updated through out the job.
Also was surgically adept at cutting into walls and frankly a craftsman at his job.
The office staff also very friendly and accommodating.
