We were able to schedule an appointment the day we called. They explained everything well and were very nice. Cayden was very helpful and did a great job. Very effective in removing pet urine odor. We will definitely use them again!

I can’t say enough about what a great job Thom did on my carpets! I have an aged dog who likes to use the carpet as his personal bathroom. I had kept putting off cleaning as it took so long to dry the last cleaning (5 years ago, different company). This time it’s already looking dryer in areas that didn’t need additional spraying! I will definitely be using this company again (sooner rather than later)! Thom explained my options, explained the pricing of everything, answered all my (number) questions, then allowed me to choose what fit into my budget. They did as good a job as possible getting the stain out of my rug. I knew there was a good chance they wouldn’t come completely out, but they are definitely lighter. My only complaint was that I had to call twice to see why it took so long to get it back to me. I wasn’t in a hurry for it, but I was beginning to be concerned. When it was delivered, they were very apologetic and told me they had been busy over the holidays.
