On her 72nd birthday, my mom missed her hair appointment at her usual shop. Despite my unsuccessful attempts to reach anyone at other shops, when I called this particular one, the professionalism of the staff was top tier. Upon explaining the situation, the stylist kindly offered to fit my mom in and provided an accurate estimate of the required time. My mom had nothing but praise for the service, and her birthday hair looked gorgeous! I highly recommend this shop. Thank you

The environment was welcoming and warm to say the least! My first visit and I also booked my Mom’s birthday makeup! Takaya provided a professional experience and great conversation. Time management was excellent! The shop was not overcrowded and clean! Light music in the background. She and her administrator Tara were great! She pressed my roots (not quite time for a retouch) which was such a great addition to my service.Service: Shampoo & conditioning

I showed Takaya, the owner of the salon, a picture of how I wanted my hair; and she executed the style flawlessly. She is the first stylist, of many, who actually delivered as promised. The salon is clean and professional. She is kind and personable and listens to understand the needs of each individual client. I can't wait to go back!!!
