“I visited Restore for the first time today and underwent the full body cryotherapy. I really decided to do this based on sheer curiosity and see how cold the treatment was. The woman working at Restore, Grace, was very good at explaining about the system and the treatment and the benefits. The whole treatment was about ten min, from changing my clothes and the 2.5 minute cryotherapy session. The season itself was a rush, although I couldn't imagine going longer than the 2.5 min. Grace mentioned that you have to work up to longer time and I believe that. Afterwards I felt like I had just gotten off a rollercoaster, like being alert from an adrenaline rush. I'll definitely be going back soon.“

They're professional, friendly and sincerely care about the way you want to see yourself when you look in the mirror. It can be anxious to try something like this because of the unknowns. However, they’ve always been upfront & honest with me from the financial side and the products side; especially with the hair. This isn’t for everyone but for those willing to try, I strongly recommend giving the Birmingham location a shot if you struggle with thinning hair.“

“I love this spa. I don't make it to the spa as much as I would like or as much as my body deserves but when I do, Spa Greystone makes it worthwhile. Cody, the massage therapist, does an awesome job. He's knowledgeable, kind and patient. The massage room is always warm, inviting and clean. I really love the sitting area that has lemon water and little treats. The ladies room includes a sauna, shower and assigned lockers. They offer many services and usually have great weekly specials that they post online each Friday evening. Although I've only had massages, I highly recommend you give this spa a try! I don't think you'll regret it.“
