We used the Maid Brigade service for our short-term rentals a couple times, and the service was exceptional.

Wonderful team of cleaners that did exactly what I asked of them an even more. I couldn’t be more happier with my experience with maid brigade and the owner is so nice an thorough on explaining the services they provide he was a pleasure to work with through the process as well. I would recommend the maid brigade to anybody looking for someone professional to get the job done the right way.

The folks I spoke to on the phone were very courteous when scheduling, and they had plenty of availability. I requested a deep clean; unfortunately, numerous spots were missed. However, Arnaud did a fantastic job making it right by returning within a few hours to finish the job. Ideally it would be done right the first time, but I’m glad they were apologetic and quick to fix it.
