This office is really amazing and I'm so grateful to have found them after some really terrible experiences with healthcare providers. Everyone here is super friendly and clearly cares about the patient. Everyone I interact with is respectful and friendly. Shana B. is my favorite healthcare provider I've ever had. She is very warm and genuine. I feel very heard and understood when I talk to her, and she has provided great resources for me. She stays on top of my meds, my insurance referrals, and her responses on the patient portal are always very prompt,considered, and thorough. I've never been so happy with my healthcare provider. Shana Wheeler, Nurse Practitioner, is by far the finest healthcare professional in all of Alabama
(Including UAB). The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and highly competent.

I am so grateful for this clinic and the care I have received here. SB is so thorough and kind. From the minute you walk in, the whole staff is welcoming, warm, and friendly. I used to be terrified of the doctor, and MCWC has changed this for me in a major way! LOVE this place.
