TeLisha is amazing! She took the time to assess my posture and movements, and listen to my concerns about discomfort in your hips and shoulders. She have a thorough foot massage that relaxed my entire body, let me through breath work, and gave a full body massage focusing on my problem areas. I immediately felt better!
