Impressed with every aspect of Dr. Jordan’s dental practice. Not only is the office/staff clean, professional, and accomodating; but Dr. Jordan and her staff are very thorough and informative of dental care. Highly recommend this practice.
After having bad experience with my previous dentist I decided to find a new dentist and gave Dr. Brook a try. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome. New patient process was super quick and simple, they immediately helped me fill out my forms and took me inside. Waiting room and the clinic was super clean. They made sure the treatment was painless and always made sure if I was comfortable. At the end of the treatment they consult me and gave me tips to maintain a healthy teeth. On top of that, after the treatment they gave me a dental kit. It was a great painless experience, I'm glad I found Dr. Brook and already booked my next appointment.
1. This office is pristine. From refreshments, lovely furniture, the decor… It’s all PRECIOUS. Made me feel less nervous when I walked through the door. 2. Front desk ladies were super friendly and knew exactly who I was, why I was there and went out of her way to make my next appointments with two different doctors. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous! 3. I was EXTREMELY nervous and Dr. Jordan just made all of my anxiety better. She was friendly, funny, very knowledgeable and very professional! I am back today for another appointment, so that alone says a lot. I would highly recommend.
