Had our share of issues in the past but over the last couple of weeks the service has been excellent! Thank you very much for addressing our issues & finding a solution promptly.
We've been using JanPro for several months now, and while there were some hiccups in the beginning, I'm happy to say they've addressed the issues and improved significantly. I was really impressed with how quickly and professionally the team responded to our feedback. They were eager to make things right and took immediate steps to correct the problems.
Since then, the quality of service has been consistently good. The team is thorough, punctual, and attentive to our specific needs.
