My Nephue bought one from them and had nothing but problems out of theirs , lives in Cullman Charles Hensley has a foot of water in it as we speak , they will not even answer the phone anymore , they live in Cullman co. Al. Played out all that money and can't even use it . in my book this is one sorry way to do a customer .

Mike smith with Great American Storm shelters put in our shelter last summer. I can't begin to tell you how pleased we were with the quality of the product they provided. They had our shelter placed in one day. They were very professional. We live in Macon county Alabama and they drove in early one morning and were done by the afternoon. They worked hard to accommodate our needs and it is perfect. We live on a farm so there is no real safe place to go during a tornado warning. Now I feel safe and don't hesitate to use it. I highly recommend Mike and this company.

Great quality shelter, cost competitive. They installed my shelter within a week of contacting them and were very helpful with helping me complete my North Texas Safe Room Rebate Program paperwork. Would highly recommend!
