We couldn’t believe they refinished our hardwood floors - start to finish - in 1 day. They even returned after our dog snuck by me and ran on the wet finish. I was in tears when I saw the paw prints in the fresh polyurethane, but Fer’s assured me that they would fix it. They were back in minutes (not hours) and took care of my mistake. I am so thankful for their understanding and beautiful work! Our floors look brand new!
