Thank you Hai.My wife worked with Hai for 6 months and was benefiting from life changing skeletal and movement improvements so impressive that I signed up for a 90 day restoration package. I have since decided to stay forever. His life movement training is a fountain of youth and almost miraculous. My wife has reversed lifelong back and knee problems and I have increased professional and athletic performance and feel prepared for the next 20 years of my life. Visit him before any knee, shoulder or hip surgery and my feeling is that you will not need the procedure. This is my highest recommendation.
After breaking my arm in a bicycle accident and having surgery on it, I have been seeing Hai Nguyen for therapy for several months and he is awesome! I have full use of my arm and hand and he has taught me so much that I know will benefit the rest of my body!
Training specifically geared to your needs. I see Hai for functional range conditioning training. After 10 years of chronic pain with little hope of a different life Hai helped me regain my mobility, significantly reduce my pain, with the added bonus of getting and feeling stronger. I cannot recommend his services enough. The other practitioners at Embody are also highly skilled and super friendly.
