Went above the scope of the job (patching up and sealing system vents and truck lines. Kept me up to date with crew development and issues as they happened. Our tech Kevin arrived and was very professional, friendly, polite and even made friends with our dog right away, which is not always easy! Kevin gave me the complete details of what he would be doing for me today. After completion I was informed of details and pictures were sent to me. I was able to set up my account on the website with ease while Kevin was here in case I had questions.
The new website for Cool Breeze is excellent and was able to set up payment and contract without difficulty. Yearly contract is affordable and I would recommend it.

I can heartily recommend Cool Breeze! They are on time, respectful and very knowledgeable, and (if you are interested) will give you a play-by-play of what needs to be repaired, how they diagnose issues, etc. HVAC work can be expensive; Cool Breeze will give you the best price possible and help source financing for big projects. Cool Breeze will be my Go-To for all things HVAC from now on.
