“My wife and I limped into this facility on a Sunday afternoon in our Tiffin Phaeton with an MIL warning and 7 ECM related fault codes. Mike guided us into an RV site with hook ups at the facility on an emergency call. He was great. The next morning Justin and Kelly got us in a bay at 7:30 and had us diagnosed and repaired by 10. They were wonderful. A bad relay switch. The technician was very competent. This should be the role model for Cummins operations. Great job!“
