Was here for a procedure for our one year old toddler and it couldn't have been more frustrating.Normal things you think one should be able to expect from a well established medical facility...1. Knowing your child's gender...after having stacks of paper work that show what his gender is, no one can get it right...I understand if its another establishment, but a doctors office that has seen him multiple times and specializes in the human body...I shouldn't have to correct 5 different people about this in a 10 minute period of time2. "Show up at 6:30, it'll be a 10-15 minute procedure and you'll be on your way, super fast"....still waiting... read full review
