I go to Dr. Groysman for both cosmetic & medical dermatology. She and her staff are the best! The facility is wonderful, everyone who works there is so friendly, and I always receive excellent care.

Today I was 15 minutes early for my appointment, which had been scheduled 6 months in advance. I waited 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time to ask if my paperwork has gotten lost in the shuffle at which time I was told the doctor was running late. After ANOTHER 30 minutes, I asked which desk handled rescheduling appointments. I was told I was the next on the list.I understand that doctors can run late. Some appointments require more time. Please do your patients a courtesy and tell them you are running late. Give them the option to wait longer or reschedule.I understand your time is important, but so is mine. Please be more considerate of your patients time.

This was my first visit with Dr Ann Gerald today and it was great!!! I also bought my 16 yr old son with me to see her as well because he is having severe acne. She is very thorough and explained the science behind the issues we were having with our skin. I have been going to a dermatologist for years and never had someone take the time to explain things the way she did. She is a very smart and informative doctor. We will continue to see her as long as she is practicing! Thank you Cahaba Dermatology! Oh and her assistant and front desk staff was very nice from start to finish!
