I've been going to Birmingham Electrolysis & Skincare for almost two years, now. Zainab is a sweet lady and I really enjoy conversations with her...not just the treatments I receive. I read a negative review about her so this is why I'm writing this. I actually live in the Birmingham area and she has been treating many clients here for over 20 years. I have been getting hair removal treatments for a long time. At the end of the day, not everyone gets along with every personality. I don't think it's fair to go so overboard to discredit a woman who has gone through many accreditations and worked in aesthetics for so long. Excellent results! Two years ago I began HRT which resulted in unanticipated hair growth. Having received Electrolysis services some years prior with good results, I knew this would be my course of action. I chose Birmingham Electrolysis because of convenience and Zainab's experience. She is friendly, welcoming and we always have enjoyable conversation during our time together. I was having good results and then I took a break from Electrolysis to take advantage of a laser hair removal special at a local dermatologist office.
