Booked for an arch for eyebrows this morning, got there a few minutes early, first time client and last. Called the number 4 times waited 5 minutes pass my appointment time. Have not heard back. Unprofessional and won't return.
Jaylen@ berry brows placed a smile on my face when she finished working magic on my brows. She was very professional, personable& patient! The shop was cozy, cute and safety measures were in place.
Courtney is AMAZING!! I can’t stress this enough. She has a great spirit and is respectful, professional, and on time with performing services. My process with her is always smooth. I have thin almost nonexistent brows and I’ve tried a lot of places for brow arches and tinting and she’s a BROW MASTER. Unlike a lot of other places, she makes sure your brows are shaped to compliment your face and they always come out so natural and realistic. On top of that, her suite is GORGEOUS and smells amazing. I highly recommend this place. I definitely won’t go anywhere else.
