I have been serviced at Bella Braid Factory several times and have always had a positive experience. Lauryn the owner has such a lovely and genuine spirit, and she’s also great at what she does. This business doesn’t take deposits so you never have to worry about someone canceling and refusing to give your money back. A wash and shampoo is included with every service which is rare these days. I have always left with 100% satisfaction and would recommend this business to anybody thinking about getting serviced.

Lauren has always been a super genuine hairstylist and she has always taking good care of my hair. She has always done my hair so beautifully. She has turned into my forever sister because when I’m in her chair she has been the person to listen to me uplift me and encourage me and that’s a forever hairstylist. I moved from Alabama 11 months ago and I will not let anyone braid my hair until I come see her again. Bella braiding factory is truly amazing . She welcomes my toddler in with open arms when I use to get my hair done and is very understanding never made me feel bad for bringing my son no matter how long of day she has had or whenever .
