Bear Roofing Company has no integrity. Sloppy flashings allowed water leakage, leading to rotten wood, resulting in ceiling stains, and damaged house siding and soffits. Questionable mold with possibility of insulation replacement. Basic standards were not followed, i.e., did not replace the vent boot until five years later, and the customer was persistent in telephoning/emailing. REFUSED TO HONOR THE COURT'S JUDGEMENT.

Have had a slow leak since roof was installed now have damage to my siding, also have a rotten 2x6 and several pieces of soffet! Now they don't answer their phone or return my calls!

Poor work, my roof was left with places not compleated and doesn't line up. They left nails and shingles in the yard. I called them over and over the office would eather not answer or the said someone would come out, I waited they never came.
I made the mistake of paying up front. It was a horrible experience.
I was taken advantage of by a corrupt business. They have no basic morals.
