I was referred to this company to file my trademarks being that I'm a small business in Birmingham. Let me say Pam Smith has made it very easy and exciting to see my ideas on paper and my dreams coming true. If you are a small business, PLEASE protect your Intellectual Property FIRST and it may seem like a hard task and you may not understand the legal jargon, but Balch & Bingham does! I have referred several people who I know that are serious about their businesses. I've filed 2 trademarks so far and plan to file more. I HIGHLY Recommend!
