Appointments feel very rushed. PA refused to consider that the biopsy could be wrong even though my symptoms didn’t at all match what the biopsy said. Saw 2 other MDs for second and third opinions and both disagreed with the biopsy. Treated me for an entirely problem. Already seeing progress. As a PA myself I wanted to support this practice but I’m sorry, I won’t be back.

I was left on hold for over 20 minutes only to have to hang up and call right back to a lady sounding VERY rude and frustrated because the office is short staffed. Ma'am, it's not my fault that you all are short staffed but you should definitely maintain professionalism at ALL times. I worked in doctor's offices for a few years so I understand completely how it goes but you should NEVER act that way to current or potential new patients. My daughter would have been a new patient here but will not be seen at this practice simply due to bad customer service from the lady who answered the phone. Great customer service is everything for a successful practice.
