We had several carpets that were damaged by our puppy that had chewed some corners and edges off. Asia was able to make some creative repairs to some challenging damaged areas. They also cleaned all the carpets and we couldn’t be happier with both cleaning and repairs.Service: General carpet cleaning
I called Asia Rug after a pet accident involving a beautiful new wool rug in a very light color. I had also called 2 other rug cleaning companies. Asia Rug gave me the most conservative advice about how to treat the spot immediately BEFORE I resorted to professional cleaning. He spent more than a few minutes describing in detail the best way to do this and the best result I could hope for. I chose to follow his recommendations because they were the most logical and involved NO benefit for his company, unless I needed further service. The result was 100% success. I had two Oriental rugs cleaned and I am so pleased with this company. I was able to contact the owner easily, they repaired and cleaned both rugs. They picked up and delivered on time. Great value!! My husband and I are so happy and pleased. Highly recommend and will use again.
