Ascension St. Vincent’s Primary Care Hoover

I went in to see Dr. Reeves last week and they were fast and polite on top of being extremely busy! I checked in on my phone before I left home. (GREAT FEATURE) 5 people came out the door when I came in so I thought I would be in at least a couple of hours. I needed a lot of refills on top of being sick needing antibiotics. I got in and out with 5 prescriptions in under 20 minutes without a glitch!

Received some the best care in the world. It was more than I expected. I plan to stay with my doctor because she works with me and makes feel comfortable in understanding what I need to do.

I have nothing but good things to say. The staff, the lab techs, the nurses, and of course the Doctors (I saw Dr. John Reaves) Would highly recommend to anyone in search of a Primary Care. I was clicking my heels when I left. They treat you as a person, not a number. Explains everything. Great bedside manners. I no longer dread going to see my PC. Extremely pleased, to say the least.
