Tech "Jeremy" came to my house the very next day and was able to fix the small part in our 3M Salt Water Softener... another plubming company in Huntsville made it sound like it was going to be impossible to fix and was pitching me a new system... I knew that sounded wrong. Jeremy fixed it in like 10 min for less than 10% of the cost of a new system. He was very good, and I just feel bad he drove so far to get to me. I was shocked a Pelham company would service Huntsville. Great work. Glad to know we can reach out in the future for our salt water filter, also the tankless water heater which he said they service, and also HVAC systems... just hoping I don't... read full review

We're so happy we chose Aqua Systems over other companies. They are working hard at being the best, and that means great customer service. We were super impressed with the professionalism of our installation team, and they made it evident that this is a great company and they enjoy the work, which made us feel even better about our decision. And beside all that, the system is working perfectly, it's SOOO nice to have soft water again!

As of 12/2024, we still love Aqua Systems. Austin is so helpful, respectful and informative! We have used Aqua Systems for years, so when we decided to build a house in a separate city, of course we called them. Customer Support has been great and install was a breeze.
