I was grateful for the advice Mr Richard gave to my wife on the older house I live in...smiling I try to explain these kind of technical problems to my wife, she gives me a blank stare. When she explain to me the advice Mr Richard gave her, I knew right then and there, this guy is an expert within his chosen industry. Now, She understands the basic principles of our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system. Thank you Alabama Cooling and Heating for an informative troubleshooting call.
