I love my hair so much ! I had to leave a comment. My appointment was at 9 am for Knotles braids I got there 10 minutes late which Aissa was fine with it . Aissa braided my hair in less then 6 hours and I loved the work and the vibe of theShop. I will definitely be back and recommend her

All of the bad reviews are absolutely true. They are not at all considerate of their customers time and money. They expect full payment but inconsistent with service. I started going here b/c of so many good things I heard about Aissa and the shop was closer to my new home than Jamilah's on 3rd Ave. I will definitely bypass this shop and go back to Jamilah's.I went the day before to set up my appointment. Arrived the next day on time but braider was not there. There was actually 3 of us that were on time for our appointment but no braiders were there ready to service us. My overall experience was good. The women of the shop were very friendly. When I came in I had to wait a while (20-30 minutes) but I was a walk in (same day appointment-I called in before I came) so that wasn't a big issue. My hair came out pretty and neatly done but not what I wanted. So I would recommend but make sure you pay close attention to what's being done to your hair (I have knotless braids in the front and box braids in the middle).
