My dad isn't on FB, but he asked me to post a review for Hoyt. He came out and helped him reattach some ducts and did a very nice job! He was even friendly with the kitties in the house. mm
I had a new system installed in my home a few months ago and after a few weeks it did not seem to cool as well as before. I contacted Air Serve and they came out the next day. I was very pleased with the technicians they took the time to check out my system and as it turned out there was a small leak in the condenser that allowed the coolant to escape. The condenser was still under warranty so they informed me it would take a couple of days to get it ordered and would be back out to replace. In addition, as they looked over the install, they made a couple of recommendations of relocating a duct that would allow the system to work better. "They did this on their own without me asking" I would have not even known the difference had they not said anything. They came back replaced the condenser and took most of the day installing the additional duct work to make the system more efficient. My hat's off to Thomas, George, and Markeith! Not only did they do a great job but the care in the additional work was exceptional! Thank you for a job well done! Something that seems harder and harder to find now days...
