My first experience with Air Experts was amazing! John R. was very nice and knowledgeable and he took the time to explain everything to me and showed me the issue. He also gave me a tip on how to keep my unit from running hot and running up the power bill! I would definitely recommend this company if you need fast service. Unfortunately, my husband and I came home from work yesterday to our a/c not working and a 77 degrees temperature in our house. We were able to get a 7-9am appointment with Air Experts and John came and had everything fixed quicker than expected.

Air Experts helped make something I’ve been absolutely dreading for years (replacing my dinosaur AC unit) a breeze! From the initial consult with Brian a few days ago, to Kalin and his team coming out for installation this morning, things have only been handled with professionalism and helpfulness. Communication with Jennifer was terrific, everyone arrived on-time, there was no attempt to upsell, and the installation team took the time to show me about my new unit and thermostat. Air Experts has a lifelong customer - I’ll tell all of my local family and friends also! Thanks so much!
