I try to visit Erika at least once a month! I train in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and run as well, and visiting Erika is a critical part of my training! She's very professional, and a really great person, who can make you get back to 100% after just one session! I can not recommend her enough!
I have been getting massages from Erika on a regular basis (two a month) for about a year now. She is wonderful! She starts out each massage asking if there is any place that needs special attention. At times, if I have no issue for her to concentrate on, she does either hot stone massages or a relaxation massage. I highly, highly recommend her.
Erika is amazing! She is professional, personable, and knows her way around the human musculoskeletal system. I have seen many massage therapists over the years and I think she ranks A+. I would recommend her, and have.
