I only needed my fur babies hair trimmed around the face. The ladies here were so sweet and listened to me. My baby is 16 and can't stay long anywhere especially in a crate. They took such good care of him today. Would definitely recommend.

I will be eternally grateful to A Pet's Day Out. We're new to Trussville and we finally decided to start looking for a new groomer for our Cocker Spaniel mix. He is an anxious dog and is slow to trust new people. The first place we tried didn't even make an effort, we warned them that he can be fearful of new people and may react if they don't spend a little time with him to make him somewhat comfortable and earn his trust because he will work with you given a little effort. They refused to groom him because they didn't listen, and we will never go back.

Cannot say enough good things about this business. We have a very nervous and fearful dog who can act out aggressively at times. We contacted the owner who encouraged us to bring in our pup just to spend the day to feel more comfortable. They were patient, kind, and made such a difference with our man! He was able to be groomed and bathed with no issues at all! Can’t recommend them enough!
