She was able to tell me what I need to incorporate in my diet when I’m hungry and don’t eat because that is my problem. Terrence used a combination of hot stones, stretching, and theragun on my achin back. I am a regular Life Touch client but in the holiday hustle squeezed in a same day appt in between my regular sessions and was so very grateful for being cared for by all the great staff in a last minute call to ease some back stress.
