Absolutely horrible experience. Like just about everyone else who’s left a review. They confirmed their appointment date with us three times. Then failed to show. Rescheduled for FOUR days later. Then sent someone with the wrong parts who now says it’ll be another week, and he specifically REFUSES to escalate the delivery of the parts or give us the name of his supervisor or any direct contact information for anyone. AVOID at all costs!

For three weeks, for our 4 year old $3000 lg refrigerator that was partially working, 3 service technicians have been here. The 1st technician ordered part and said put a fan behind refrigerator to cool until part comes in (10 days). They cancelled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and wanted to reschedule 7 days later. Called Home Depot and they got them to reschedule the next day. The 2nd technician said wrong part ordered, was damaged, and ordered new parts (10 days). For 3 weeks for $3,000 lg refrigerator partially working, 4 years old, 3 technicians have been here; 1st technician said put a box fan behind to cool until part comes in 10 days; 2nd technician said wrong parts, ordered new parts in 10 days; after 3rd visit & replacement of motherboard & compressor fan motor the refrigerator quit completely with $500 worth of food & medicine. Closed the claim and wouldn't send technician back that day. Earliest reschedule 48 hours with a range of 8:00-5:00. We have out of town family for Christmas holidays gathering on that date, they don't care. Don't answer their phone, don't have parts, don't give a hoot, got your money from Home Depot at point of sale. HORRIBLE COMPANY - NEED TO BE RUN OUT OF TOWN.
