My technician, Adam, came out promptly at the time scheduled, evaluated my problem, explained what was causing the fan not to blow (a small inexpensive part), did the repair and everything was completed in less than 30 minutes. Wow!! I was impressed! I highly recommend them.5 STARS ? ????
