I honestly have been the most annoying I guess you could say customer with many phone calls and yes last minute changing our minds!! Today Devin came out with his crew to do one part of the job that we did not cancel and he was so kind, professional and respectful of our decision.. however I informed him I would see him in a few weeks after the Arborist comes out to our home.. I don’t think there is a more professional company as Gray’s … like John said it’s ok we just want you to be happy!!!!
