Honestly, As a patient it was fine but as an employee, I was fired for standing up to an abusive patient who got in my face (less than 3 feet with elevated arms) shouting profanities and threatened me. Standing up to him was a reminder to him that it is 2025 and not 1965. They alleged that patients were lost, but I've kept and brought more patients than they supposedly lost. When patient dollars matter more than employee safety, a company has no soul at that point. They never attempted to get my side of the story so it is what it is. 🤷🏽
I highly recommend Luma dentistry in McCalla. They are 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction. They were very professional and the office is very clean. The gorgeous staff look like they stepped out of a People magazine. Beautiful. They offered competitive payment options for various service and that was a plus.
I live in Memphis and traveled all the way to Birmingham to make a office visit. I have lived in many places but this practice has been irreplaceable in my eyesight.
