He has not once ever failed to show up when he said he would, and he always does a great job. He's been very flexible since the start in both my regular two-three week mows in the summer, as well as fitting me in unexpectedly when family comes into town last-minute. He is an EXCELLENT communicator and responds to my texts in a more timely manner than some of my relatives. When he hurt his foot last year he was very prompt about letting me know when my service would be interrupted and even tried to find me replacement help in the temporary interim he could not work.
