I have been going here since 2010After today I will not be returning I've called for a whole month to order contacts and didn't get an answer until October 23 So today I decided to stop by after my doctor's appointment in the area to see if they were back since i couldn't get an answer by phone and two other customers where waiting as well Dr Cargus pulled up got out her vehicle and was screaming,talking loud, and was rude to all 3 of us and let me remind you that the other two customers where elderly and the elderly man really couldn't speak English she walked to my car and said what do you want me to do because your order isn't here I have a life outside of here...read full review

Dr. Cargus is super sweet but after my appointment it can be difficult to get anybody on the phone. I've been trying for two weeks to order contacts online, the company says the eye dr is not responding to their requests for my prescription. I called a few times before finally getting someone on the phone myself to ask for a copy of my prescription.

Hello everyone. I would give this no stars but I can't. So I went in to get my exam and everything was good. I gave them my insurance and payed and was told 2 to 3 weeks for my glasses. A month later and 2 calls to the office with no return phone calls and no glasses. Called my insurance company and they didn't even file with insurance much less send the glasses off to the lab. Do not use this office if you want to get your glasses. Wish it could have been a better experience.
