If I could rate them higher, I would. Wonderful customer service. My mother had unfortunately passed away. By her wishes, she requested to be cremated. My older brother lives in Chicago and was booking a flight to come back home. I called Norris Funeral Home and explained to them our situation and to see if they can hold her body there so that my brother could pay his respect. They were extremely accommodating to help assist us. The young gentleman who was helping us went above and beyond and gave me his personal cell number because there phones were having issues, and this way I can keep in direct contact.The very next day, his flight kept getting delayed.
