We used to love them. The care is fine. However the practice went corporate some months ago and the prices went up-drastically. If you are late with a bill and get past due you will be charged a monthly fee. I understand that-but when you're a long term client that's been with them awhile, it's sort of mean considering how much money you've spent over the years. The vet care is fine, and the vets are nice to the animals. But get a written agreed upon fee if you're planning on using them.

Although Dr. Biles is the founder and remains in practice there, it is now, and has been for years, Delta Animal Hospital. Drs. Biles and Finlay, and the entire staff, are extremely friendly and speak openly and honestly about all of our animals treatments. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have discovered this place when we move back here from New York 5 years ago. I highly recommend everyone here to bring their pets here.

Arizona got shot last week in the Pine Grove area. South Lake/North Lake Jones Rd. She is my 3,almost 4 year old Husky who is intelligent,loyal and obedient. She has been struggling and with prayers is pulling through.She has a wonderful Dr.Findlay and a great staff. They make an awesome team!
