Brian Mitchell (with Toland Realty) was an AMAZING realtor during our home selling process! My now-husband used Brian to purchase our home in 2017, and then we used Brian again to sell the home when moving to another state in 2020. We were able to get our home under contract within 48 hours of listing, because Brian really hustled and took it to heart when we expressed our desire to sell the home as quickly as possible!Any time there was an issue or hiccup, Brian went out of his way to make sure that it was smoothed over and on track for a quick close date. Because it was 2020 and we all know Mother Nature wouldn’t let anything go as planned in 2020, our home selling process ran into a few stressful obstacles that could have sent me into a tailspin if Brian had not been there to calm me down and talk me off the ledge. But thank God he knew exactly how to make a high-anxiety person feel confident that everything was going to be just fine (and it was!). There were also countless times when we were out of state and unable to physically complete certain tasks for the home, but Brian was always willing to go the extra mile to get things done for us during all phases of due diligence and closing. Seriously- Brian took care of everything!I’m no walk in the park to deal with (I’m a perfectionist, I ask a lot of questions, I’m very particular on details, I can be sassy on the wrong day-lol), but Brian takes everything in stride with a great attitude and a can-do mentality. And the best part is: We were able to sell our home for more money than we initially expected (we got some great offers!), and Brian worked hard to negotiate a deal that was both advantageous to us and also attractive to the buyer. All in all, Brian made our home selling process a super QUICK one and an overall positive experience, and I respect his incredible, go-getter work ethic! I will not hesitate in recommending Brian to anyone I know who is in the market for an excellent realtor!
