We had the best experience with Spencer Heating & Air fixing our duct work in our office space. We were very pleased with them being prompt, professional, and they left everything clean- but even more thankful that everything is cooling effectively now! Highly recommend.
We called Spencer heating and air on Tuesday and they had someone out the next day. They called me at 2:26 to ask if they could send the tech out and the tech was here in a timely manner. Not sure what his name was but he was very professional and spoke in a very professional manner and tone. He had everything fixed by 3:15 which included a replacement part in the outside unit and a new breaker. I felt like they were very courteous of our time and there was no waiting around all day for them to arrive or finish.
Can’t say enough of how wonderful these business is. We live in Houston, Texas and have a condo at a Tigersuites and someone who used our condo left the A/C unit running and it freezed up. Our wonderful condo tender Wes texted me and told us what was going on ....he recommended Spencer Heating and Air...my husband called them by 12:30 pm and David called him back by 3:30 pm and told him they replaced the unit and removed the old unit before the ice could melt and damage our new carpet. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED , They will be our number one recommendation always ! The Looks
