Their friendly and genuine staff, including Dr. Clark and Dr. Spina, take the time to explain things clearly and answer questions. The team, including Brooke, Ellen, Haley, and Victoria, offers a warm and comfortable experience, making patients feel valued and cared for. Guests often praise the atmosphere, describing it as one of the best they have ever been in, and appreciate the professionalism and thoroughness of Dr. Spina. The staff works hard to make every visit easy and pleasant, whether checking in, conducting eye tests, or helping select new glasses. Despite some concerns about the price, patients consistently commend the staff's dedication and look forward to returning.
Absolutely amazing. From scheduling a next day appointment to one of the best atmospheres I have ever been in. Everyone from the receptionist to the optometrist it was simply the best experience. I can’t wait for my new glasses to arrive. Thank you so much.
I love Premier Eye! I really appreciate all the staff there for all of their hard work and making my visit easy and pleasant from start to finish. Dr. Spina is amazing and so thorough with everything. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I had a very pleasant eye exam at Premier Eye in Auburn. The very helpful and friendly receptionist, Hannah, got me checked in. Shay did a great job walking me through a handful of eye tests and questionnaires. She was super easy to talk to and very professional. Then Dr. Spina met with me and also conducted some eye tests. He was very friendly and gave me great information about glasses that would be good for somebody who looks at screens all day. Afterwards, Victoria helped me pick out some new frames. She was very nice and gave me some super helpful feedback.
