Excellent home services were received today from a very professional Knox Pest Control representative. I rate his services with a “5”. However, the customer Representive that kept hanging up on me more than one time, receive a “1” star rating. Very unprofessional!!

We have used Knox since 2006. Mr Ken is the best. He always goes above what he has to do. I would recommend Knox to everyone. Since 2006, we have added 3 more properties for him. We have NEVER had any issues at all.

Had an appointment with walker, he showed up on time and was very polite. He explained his work and gave me a verbal report. He went on to say what else they offered. Good man ask for him
