Had an overall decent rental experience. However upon move out, I spent $125 for the REQUIRED carpet cleaning and was still charged $250 for "lite cleaning" . This charge was completely bogus. I have been all over the country for 10 years and it is literally the first time I did not receive my deposit back in full. I

I'm about to move out of a property rented by First Realty, so I thought it would be a good time to post that I have had a wholly positive experience with them throughout my year of renting a one-bedroom unit. They have always been reachable and communicative, especially with regard to maintenance (there were a few issues in my older unit and they were always addressed promptly and respectfully--even when I dropped the ball myself due to being busy, they followed up!) For over 8 years (and 2 rental locations) the professional team at First Realty has continued to impress. We feel very blessed to have found this group who helped us find, easily lease/contract, ready places - and always respond promptly to any questions, repairs or service needs we’ve had. Hard working, Friendly and Helpful each and every time we’ve ever needed anything - I have and will continue to refer renters their way whenever able.
