Staff is kind and patient. Dr Lai is very caring and upbeat. I felt valued and taken care of here. I have a traumatic brain injury and my mind has trouble sometimes understanding the steps. Without asking they wrote it down for me which was so extra caring. Thank you all for my appointment today.
All the staff and Dr was really nice and welcoming. Very clean. Took me right in and left within 15 minutes. The Dr knew alot about my condition and very informative. Definitely recommend.
My experience at Dermatology Specialist of Alabama was excellent. The wait to see my doctor was minimal and every where I went from reception room to patients room was bright and clean. The staff was very friendly. It was a 1 year follow up appointment so I was examined throughly from head to toe. I’m a person with a thousand questions….. maybe just 4-5?
