I was surprised and deeply saddened that Auburns Veterinarian Hospital delayed treatment on a life and death situation with a Dog my Nieces beloved pet because of Money!?? They wanted it up front ! and delayed the procedure until they were satisfied with compensation ! they were willing to let the Dog Die!!! I was saddened and shocked??!!! Money can always be worked out!!! plus my Niece was looking to pay $600.00 up front!? But! the thought!? of Life or Death! over Money????!!!! to save a precious Life!!!????
Most through exam and diagnosis with Dr Dhugana but she left earlier in the fall and was very communicative. The current vet has not answered any of my emails via the coordinator. Lakeita, who is also a very excellent support. I have mixed feelings about continuing
My dachshund just had surgery there last week, and I could not be more pleased with this place and the incredible people there! We drove 4 hours from Florida, and it was beyond worth it. The facility is beautiful. The staff is phenomenal. I had explored several vets in the FL/AL areas that could deal with neurological issues, and from the initial phone call to schedule my appointment with Auburn, I knew they were the right choice. We ended up having to go through the ER department a few days before our scheduled appointment because my pup took a turn for the worse. Everyone was so professional and caring. The communication was wonderful. I received frequent updates on how my dog was doing pre/during and post op. Additionally, the effort and care they put into their take home instructions really blew me away. I cannot say enough good things about this place, or praise the staff enough. 100000/10 recommend.
